Travelling to Enfield Town FC?

Enfield Town play at Brimsdown Rovers Goldsdown Road ground. There are a variety of ways to get there, be it by car, public transport or just plain walking.

By Bus The 191 route terminates at Brimsdown Station. The 307 runs between Southbury and Brimsdown stations. A new bus is the 491, which runs from Silver Street BR to Brimsdown BR via the good old Edmonton Green BR! Nice one, chaps.

By Train Brimsdown station is on a line out of Liverpool Street (connects with Metropolitan, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Central Lines, plus other BR services). The other tube station from which you can get a connection is Tottenham Hale on the Victoria Line. Southbury station also connects to Liverpool Street and is a good alternative if the Brimsdown line is down.

Walk from Brimsdown Station Either turn left down Green Street as you leave the station and turn right into Goldsdown Road or cross over Green Street into Brimsdown Avenue, turn left into Osborne Road and right into Goldsdown Road at the end. The Downs Bar is to the left of Brimsdown Rovers social club.

By car from north:- Couldn't be easier. J25 on the M25, then follow the Great Cambridge Road to Southbury Road. Turn left and go past the Southbury BR station on the hill and take a left at the top of the road into Hertford Road. Then a right into Green Street after passing Enfield College and Goldsdown Road is at the top of the road on the left.

By car from Essex and East London via A406 (North Circular Road):- Head west on A406, through Crooked Billet underpass (Walthamstow). After approximately 2 more miles take slip road to left (sign-posted for A1055), which dives under the North Circular Road flyover. Straight over traffic lights into Montagu Road. Straight on at next traffic lights and over railway at Angel Road station. Take last exit off roundabout to head north on A1055. Continue north (past Picketts Lock Sports Centre and U.C.I Cinema). Straight over next three roundabout's then take first turning on left for Brimsdown. Straight over railway level-crossing. Take first right into Brimsdown Avenue then first left into Osbourne Road. Ground and car park is on right at top of road. (see map)
